There is no charge for summer parking passes, but we ask that you still apply on for the Summer Parking Permit/Receipt. This ensures us that you have read the parking guide and are familiar with the parking rules and regulations. Printed Permit/Receipt is required to be on your dashboard when parking in the student lots.
Faculty/Staff Parking Decals
Fill out an application in MyParking. Parking Decals will be mailed to your office/department.
If you are a new visiting lecturer or on the coaching staff, please apply for your decal on or after September 5th. Your decal will be interoffice mailed to your department. Please print out and use the temporary permit until you have received your decal.
Guest and Visitor Parking
Guests of Students: Guests are always welcome on campus. During the day, guests are allowed to park in the Moakley and West Lots. A parking permit for the day may be obtained by the Parking Services and Connect Card Office. Parking for overnight guests is located at the Swenson Lot. Parking permits are not required for guests parking in the Swenson Lot from 5pm - 7am. Guests must move their vehicles out of the Swenson Lot by 7 am to allow commuter student parking. On the weekends, the parking ban is lifted from Friday 4:00 pm thru Sunday 6:00 pm.
Guests of Faculty/Staff: Guests and visitors are required to have a parking permit when parking a vehicle in one of the designated Bridgewater State University visitor parking areas. Parking passes are not required from Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm through Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm. Guest/visitor one day parking passes are available online or at the Parking Services and Connect Card Office during business hours and at the lot monitor booths when attended by a lot monitor. Guests/visitors needing a parking pass for multiple days must stop by or contact the Parking Services and Connect Card Office during office hours.
Online Guest Parking Pass: Online guest parking pass will assist in providing guests and visitors with a parking pass prior to arriving on campus. Guests and visitors, such as departmental invited guests, non-BSU students visiting Testing Services or conferee attendants may apply for the pass, print and place the pass visibly on their vehicle’s dashboard when parked in one of the four visitor lots. Guests and visitors will be given a link, instructions on how to apply for the permit and a specific parking lot to use via email provided by the inviting department or conference host. The West Lot is the designated parking lot for Non-BSU students visiting Testing Services.Online Guest Parking Pass
Temporary Hangtags: Guests and visitors may obtain a handwritten temporary hangtag from the Parking Services and Connect Card Office during business hours and at the lot monitor booths when a lot monitor is on duty. After 5:00 pm passes may be obtained from the BSU police dispatcher.
