Please Note: Freshman resident students (any student living in a residence hall who has not completed at least 24 credits or more) are not permitted to purchase parking decals or bring a car to campus.

MyDining is available for meal plan purchases.
Student Parking Decal Applications for the spring will be available January 2nd .
Parking Decal Fees will be added to your student account once you apply. Fees are as follows:
Registered for 9 or more credits $95
Registered for 8 or less credits $45
The Faculty/Staff Parking Decal Application is now available. Log onto MyParking and apply for your 2017-2019 parking decal today.
Carpooling: To encourage carpooling, the university has made a section of the Harrington Lot and Moakley Lot available where two or more commuter students who commute together can park free of charge. Carpool applications are available in the Parking Services & Connect Card Office.
Vanpooling: Contact the office for information on starting a vanpool. Do your part in becoming "GREEN" and van gets preferred parking in parking lot of choice.
The MBTA parking lot is strictly for MBTA commuter rail passengers only.
BSU students and their guests are asked to please refrain from parking in the MBTA parking lot at all times. This lot is for the exclusive use of MBTA commuter rail passengers only. BSU students must park in their designated lots. The designated parking lot for overnight parking for commuter students and all guests is the Swenson Lot from 4:00 pm to 7:00 am. No special pass is needed for guests. Please refer to the Parking Guide for more details or call the Parking Services Office with any questions. Please note vehicles parking in the MBTA lot in violation are subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owner’s expense. Tickets are marked with the Registry of Motor Vehicles and will hold up future license and registration renewals.

The Connect Card is more than just your official BSU Identification and Library Card. Did you know that your card can also be used for:
- Dining at on-campus dining halls, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks*
- Charging out library material
- Purchasing books and other items at the BSU Bookstore*
- Purchasing snacks and beverages at vending machines on-campus*
- Accessing the front door of your residence hall (residents only)
- Paying for laundry facilities in residence halls (residents only)*
- Paying for goods at local merchant locations*
- Paying for public photocopying machines*
- Paying for Stamps at BSU mailroom*
