Summer Housing ​2019

 
Summer residents do not have to be current residents; however, being a summer resident does not guarantee a student on-campus housing during the academic year. 
 
The following options are available for 2019 Summer Housing (PLEASE NOTE:  Single bedrooms are limited):
            
    Option 1 – Full Summer
    ·         May 15th (WHEN HALLS CLOSE) – September 1st
    ·         Double Room: $35 x 108 days = $3,780
    ·         Single Room: $40 x 108 days = $4,320 (limited) SOLD OUT
    ·         ResNet Fee (required): $120
    ·         Resident Student Fee (required): $20
    Option 2 – Summer Session I
    ·         Tuesday, May 28th – Monday, July 1st
    ·         Double Room: $35 x 34 days = $1,190
    ·         Single Room: $40 x 34 days = $1,360 (limited) SOLD OUT
    ·         ResNet Fee (required): $40
    ·         Resident Student Fee (required): $5
    Option 3 – Summer Session II
    ·         Monday, July 8th  – Friday, August 9th 
    ·         Double Room: $35 x 31 days = $1,085
    ·         Single Room: $40 x 31 days = $1,240 (limited) SOLD OUT
    ·         ResNet Fee (required): $40
    ·         Resident Student Fee (required): $5
    Option 4 – Summer Session I & II
    ·         Tuesday, May 28th – Friday, August 9th
    ·         Double Room: $35 x 72 days = $2,520
    ·         Single Room: $40 x 72 days = $2,880 (limited) SOLD OUT 
    ·         ResNet Fee (required): $80
    ·         Resident Student Fee (required): $10
    Option 5 – Daily
    ·         Double Room: $35 per day
    ·         Single Room: $40 per day (limited) SOLD OUT
    ·         ResNet Fee (required): $5/week
    ·         Resident Student Fee (required): $2/week
    **If you are not living here in Fall 2019, the last date you can live on campus is Friday, August 9, 2019.
     **On the application, you will be asked to select either a single or double room and if you request a double room, a roommate preference or you can list no preference.  SINCLE ROOMS ARE LIMITED SOLD OUT!!!   A final total bill based on your requests will be emailed to you.
 
 Where will I be housed?
**ALL summer residents will be living on the 5th floor of Weygand Hall.

All policies in the student handbook are in effect during Summer Housing.
