By Phone: Call x2555 to report problems, request on-site technical classroom support, and receive first-tier technical support for common problems.

Via E-mail: Receive answers to common computer-related questions by e-mailing our Support Center at

Walk-in Support: Drop by the IT Support Center located on the ground floor of the Maxwell Library. View the current hours of operation.

Emergency Classroom Technology Support: If you have a class that is about to begin or has begun and you have a technical problem that will not allow the class to continue as planned, press the TechHelp button on the classroom phone or dial x2555 to have a technician dispatched to your classroom immediately.
