 Academic Reports

Description:

A variety of academic reports are available to faculty and staff through InfoBear (Web for Faculty), and Argos. 

Some available reports in InfoBear/Web for Faculty include:

Major Minors Reporting - This report is available only to advisors and shows all registered students by a variety of parameters such as major, minor, student classification (freshman, sophomore, etc.), student level, student population, etc.  The report produced includes mailing information and email address for use in mailings or other lists.

Course Enrollment Reporting (WSRENRL) - This report shows all active course sections for a given term.  It can be run for optional parameters such as department, college, instructor, or to show courses with low enrollment. 

Department Course Enrollment - This report shows all enrollment for course sections by department and displays on the web browser.

Core Curriculum Enrollment Reporting (WSRCENS) - This report shows all course sections offered during a given academic period and are assigned a given course attribute.

 

All users with an Argos account can access a Common Reporting repository as well.  Argos access is managed by the Administrative Systems office.  To request an Argos account, please submit a completed Administrative Systems Access Authorization Form.

How to Request this Service:

​To request a custom report, please email ​AdministrativeSystems@bridgew.edu and one of Administrative Systems' analysts will be assigned to your IT ticket.  Access to InfoBear is controlled by Banner.  All Faculty members have access to BSU Reports in InfoBear which includes the Majors/Minors report, WSRENRL, and other useful reports.​

Service Expectations:

​Available 24/7 except during scheduled IT maintenance windows.
