Administrative Systems supports the university's primary ERP system, Ellucian Banner. Banner is a web-based, graphic user interface that enables employees to process everything from new employee records to finances to student records. Bridgewater State University has the following Banner modules installed:

InfoBear/Web for Faculty:
InfoBear/WFF is Banner's web-based self-service component. Students, faculty, and staff can log into InfoBear/WFF any time, 24 hours per day to view or update their records including phone number changes, and other personal information, viewing schedules, registering for classes, viewing class rosters, and entering final grades.

Administrative Systems creates and maintains a collection of custom reports using an administrative reporting tool called Argos. Custom reports can be requested by contacting Administrative Systems at AdministrativeSystems@bridgew.edu. If you have a need for a custom report, please send us an email with as much detail as possible about your report including field names required, criteria, and date the report is needed.
