Want to use the teaching station computer?
The control panel is on the
teaching station. The projector buttons are labeled Display 1 and Display 2 on
the control panel. Manually lower projection screens in front of the
whiteboard. The buttons on each side of the control panel also allow separate
projectors to be turned on and off.
Press Display 1 button to
turn the audience right projector on. Press Display 2 to turn the audience left
projector on. The touch panel will display icons for sources and audio.
The computer is located on
the table. Manually turn the computer on/off with the power button. Log in
using your BSU credentials. Press PC button on the control panel to project the
computer image. If no image appears on the screen, press and hold the
(windows) key while pressing the P key. Select
Duplicate when prompted, the computer image will appear.
A/V MUTE: Press
this button to change display to black screen and mute audio. Press the button
To shut down press system
off, then press power down.
Want to connect your laptop?
Cables are located on top of
the table. Computer and audio cables are available. Press tabletop
button on the control panel, and then laptop, hdmi, or laptop audio only, depending
on cable used. If no image appears on the screen, press and hold the (windows) key while pressing the P key. Select Duplicate when prompted, the computer
image will appear.
Want to show two different
images at the same time?
Press either Display 1 or Display
2 on the control panel. Select desired source.
Want to use the document camera?
The document camera is
located on table. Manually turn document camera on. Press the document camera
button on the control panel. To raise or lower the camera, use the handle on
the camera’s stand. Focus and zoom controls are located on the top of the
document camera. The document camera can display notes, articles, and objects.
Want to play a DVD?
The DVD player is located below. Manually turn DVD player on. Press DVD button
on control panel. There are additional
controls for DVD on the control panel.
Optional DVD playback: Place DVD
in computer DVD drive and software should automatically open. If software or
DVD does not open, double click DVD Player on computer desktop. Press PC
button on the control panel.
Press audio control button on
control panel or turn the black volume knob on the control panel to adjust
