Want to use the teaching station computer?

 
The control panel is located on top of the teaching station. Press anywhere on the control panel to begin. Press Standard Classroom button in bottom left hand corner of control panel. This will turn the projector on, lower the screen, and switch to the PC source.
 
Manually turn the computer on/off with the power button. Log in using your BSU credentials. Press PC button on the control panel to project the computer image. If no image appears on the screen, press and hold the  windows-7-logo-2009 (windows) key while pressing the P key. Select Duplicate when prompted, the computer image will appear.
 
Using Additional Displays: To use one or more of the additional flat screen displays in the room, select the desired source, then press the button for the display. Note: Flat screen display will automatically turn on when selected. Example: To show PC on the large flat screen display in the front of the room, press PC then press the icon for front wall display.
Change Sources: To switch sources, select the desired source from the top of control panel, then press Projector on the left half of control panel. Example: For an external laptop, press Laptop then the icon for Projector.
All Displays: This button is a shortcut to send one source to every display in the room. Select a source from the top of control panel and press All Displays. This will turn on and send the source to every display.
Room Control: This button opens a menu to individually power on/off or mute any of the displays.
Mute Image: Press the Proj Mute button in the bottom right corner of control panel to change display to black screen. To restore the image, press the button again.
Audio: Adjust audio by pressing the up/down arrows to raise/lower volume. Press Mute to mute the audio. To unmute the audio, press the button again.
Trading Room: Press the Trading Room button and select either, Trading Room 1, Trading Room 2, or Trading Room. Once source is selected, press the button for the display.

 

Want to connect your laptop to the projection system?

Cables are located on top of the teaching station. Computer and audio cables are available. Press laptop or HDMI button on the control panel, depending on cable used. If no image appears on the screen, press and hold the windows-7-logo-2009 (windows) key while pressing the P key.  Select Duplicate when prompted, the computer image will appear.
 

Want to use the document camera and share to the projection system?

 
The document camera is located on the shelf to the right of the teaching station. Manually turn document camera on. Press the document camera button on the control panel. To raise or lower the camera, use the handle on the camera’s stand. Focus and zoom controls are located on the top of the document camera. The document camera can display notes, articles, and objects.
 

Want to play a DVD/Blu-ray to the class?

 
DVD/Blu-ray player is located below. Manually turn the player on/off. Press blu-ray button on control panel. There are additional controls for the DVD on the control panel.
 
Optional DVD playback: Place DVD in computer DVD drive and software should automatically open. If software or DVD does not open, double click DVD Player on computer desktop. Press PC button on the control panel.
 

Using audio?

 
Connect device to cable labeled aux out on teaching station. The audio is always live. Adjust volume on device or control panel.
 
To turn system off:
Press the System Off button on the bottom right hand corner of control panel and then press Power Down.
