I joined ResNet my Freshmen year and never regretted it since. Although I am far from tech-savvy (though I'm learning) I joined IT in hopes to learn more about the world I grew up in. #GenerationZ.
Major: Computer Science
Class: Senior

I joined the ResNet team my Junior year in hopes of getting my feet wet in the IT field. All I can say is I wish I joined sooner because this team is the best! As my major suggests I'm very hands on when it comes to tech and I want to know just how it all works. I like to consider my self a professional Nerd.
Major: Communications studies: Film, Video and Media
Hometown: Marlborough, MA
I joined the ResNet team this year because I love to help people. I would consider my self quite tech savvy and I love designing some of the fun flyers you will see around campus. (P.S. I did this Webpage)
Hometown: Chelsea, MA
I joined ResNet my Sophomore year. I love working with the ResNet because I can interact with the student and give them the resources they need. I also love seeing student faces when I tell them the resources ResNet provides them.
Major: Communications studies: Film, Video and Media

I transferred to BSU my sophomore year and am entering my junior year here. I wanted to find a job on campus and I'm glad I found ResNet. Although I'm still learning the ins and outs of IT, I enjoy helping people and taking on new challenges out of my comfort zone.
Major: Undecided
Class: Freshman
Hometown: Rockland, MA
This is my First Year at ResNet! Working as an RSR has helped me get to know my way around Bridgewater State University and its students. Although I do not know much about IT I am continuously learning each day from my colleagues who are very easy going.
Major: Criminal Justice
Class: Sophomore
Hometown: Plymouth, MA
I live in Plymouth currently in my own appartment. However, I have moved around a lot growing up, living in Brockton, Halifax, Norton, and West Bridgewater. After graduating from Plymouth North High School I came here to BSU and ResNet. Also I joined ResNet because the job is a lot more fast paced and hands on than my previous job. Plus this team is very caring!
Hometown: Randolph, MA
This is a field I have never worked in before. Being a new student at Bridgewater State I wanted to expand my horizons and try out new things. I love conversation and thought something like this might be the perfect fit. Involvement in a new community was important for me and although it's challenging at times it is always rewarding in the end.
Hometown: Berkley, MA
Last year I switched my major from Physics to Computer Science. Ever since then I've been looking for ways to explore the field and ResNet was the perfect opportunity. Now I'm working with a great team and I'm looking forward to learning more about my field with them!
Bachelor Degree: Bridgewater State University
Major: Mathematics
Class: Alumni
Hometown: Walpole, MA
I joined ResNet in 2014 as a student employee. I began with administrative work, as I had very little technical experience. As time went on, I enjoyed learning more aspects of the department and developed technical skills along the way. It wasn't long before I realized that this is what I wanted to do as a career. When I graduated from BSU in 2016, I was able to work for ResNet part-time. In 2018, I became a full-time staff member of the ResNet department performing both administrative and technical roles.
What do I enjoy most about my job? Working with our student employees and helping our students with their technology needs!
ResNet Assistant Director
Bachelor Degree: Salem State College
Major: Business Education

All joking aside, I am very passionate about ResNet. Over 15 years ago, I was hired at ten hours a week to create and grow the ResNet department. We have come a long way! Today ResNet is a committed team made up of of two full time staff members and 9 fabulous student workers. We are all here to contribute to the success of every BSU resident student. What is the most important part of my position? To make a difference in the BSU resident living experience and academic success one student at a time!
