 BSU User Account Management

Description:

Information Technology maintains all user accounts in a Microsoft Active Directory database.  Users are required to change their password every six months in order to comply with industry security standards.  Student accounts are automatically created as they go through the student account claim process.  Faculty and staff accounts are manually created by Technology Systems staff.​​​

How to Request this Service:

​Accounts can be created per request by submitting the appropriate form below.  Instructions are written on the form.

Service Expectations:

​A requested account is created within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
