Description:

Information Technology is responsible for providing server hardware and operating system support on all university owned servers.  This includes operating system installation, patch management, upgrades, server backups, and performance monitoring.

How to Request this Service:

To request a server, please contact the IT Helpdesk at x2555, or by emailing itsupport@bridgew.edu. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible on the nature of the request and any system requirements.  Please note that an Information Technology project request may be required depending on the nature and extent of the request.
